Driver Arrested after DUI Crash on West Wigwam Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (June 9, 2022) – On Monday, at least two people sustained injuries after a DUI crash on West Wigwam Avenue.
The incident happened at about 6:30 p.m. along West Wigwam Avenue and Redwood Street, near Cougar Creek Park.
According to reports, a drunk driver was involved in a three-vehicle collision with a pedestrian. Although, the circumstances surrounding the accident are unknown at this time.
Responding paramedics rushed two people to a local hospital for treatment. However, officials have not released their names at this moment.
Furthermore, officers temporarily closed the area to allow for cleaning and preliminary duties. Police subsequently arrested the driver under suspicion of DUI.
Moreover, authorities continues to investigate the DUI crash and will release updates once available.
