61-Year-Old Man Killed in 2-Car Accident on Copper Cove Lane
MORENO VALLEY, CA (June 6, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, Isidro Marquez was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Lasselle Street.
The incident occurred around 3:37 p.m., on Copper Cove Lane on June 5th. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.
Officers say Marquez was traveling south in a Toyota Sienna, when he veered into oncoming lanes and collided with a northbound Ford Escape for reasons unknown. Upon impact, Marquez suffered serious injuries.
Paramedics transported 61-year-old Marquez to Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Ford suffered minor injuries and refused medical assistance.
