Rider Hospitalized after Dairyville Motorcycle Accident near Andrews Street
DAIRYVILLE, CA (June 1, 2022) – Saturday evening, Bradley Mitchell Nugent was hurt in a motorcycle crash on State Route 99.
The collision happened around 5:30 p.m., when Nugent entered State Route 99E north of Andrews Street.
At the same time, 23-year-old Baylee Dean Smith of Red Bluff traveled south in a 2002 Ford Mustang.
Investigators say the motorcycle entered the highway directly in front of the Mustang, resulting in a collision. Eventually, medical responders arrived at the scene and transported 37-year-old Nugent to St. Elizabeth Community Hospital with major injuries.
