Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision on 51st Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (May 31, 2022) – A pedestrian crash on Arlington Street took the life of 63-year-old Glenn Martin, Wednesday evening.
According to police, the incident happened around 11:00 p.m., at Arlington and 51st Street. However, the events leading up to the deadly incident remain unclear.
Under unknown circumstances, the driver of a vehicle struck Martin in the area. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced Martin dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Although, authorities have not released their identity.
It is currently unknown whether or not the pedestrian was within a marked crosswalk at the time of the accident.
