31-Year-Old Bicyclist Dies in Speeding Collision on Bostick Weir Street
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 24, 2022) – Sunday morning, a bicycle crash on Dorrell Street claimed the life of 31-year-old Benjamin Black.
The accident happened around 8:00 a.m. on May 15th at the intersection of Dorrell and Bostick Weir Street.
Officers immediately located a critically injured bicyclist, identified as 31-year-old Black, that was struck by an SUV for reasons unknown.
Furthermore, paramedics transported the victim to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Additionally, the SUV driver remained at the scene to cooperate with authorities. Following preliminary investigations, speed was believed to be the cause of the incident.
