One Killed in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 5 [Mission Viejo, CA]
Traffic Accident near Crown Valley Parkway Left One Fatality
MISSION VIEJO, CA (May 20, 2022) – Wednesday evening, a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 5 left one person killed, police said.
The crash happened just before 11:00 p.m. involving three cars on the Interstate 5 freeway near Crown Valley Parkway.
Furthermore, authorities immediately responded to the scene upon receiving reports about the crash.
Upon arrival, paramedics pronounced one man dead as a result of the collision.
Moreover, a large portion of the roadway was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Authorities are currently unaware of the circumstances that caused the three vehicle to collide. An active investigation into the crash is underway.
