Five-Vehicle Crash near Wyatt Avenue Left Several Injured

SACRAMENTO, CA (March 23, 2022) – Saturday evening, a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 50 left five people injured, authorities said.

According to Metro Fire Sacramento, the crash happened before 6:30 p.m. on the westbound side of Highway 50 on one of its onramps near Watt Avenue.

Furthermore, of the five who were injured, three were hospitalized with critical injuries while the other two were released at the scene.

Moreover, reports currently do not state what caused the collision.

Both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
