55-Year-Old Man Killed in Collision near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard

SACRAMENTO, CA (March 8, 2022) – Wednesday night, 55-year-old Brett Evan Harrill was killed in a pedestrian accident on Highway 99.

Around 9:30 p.m., officers responded to the scene near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Officials located the male pedestrian, Harrill who was pronounced dead at the scene. However, the manner of how the accident occurred remains unclear at this time.

Furthermore, the collision blocked off two lanes in the highway for several hours to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, before it was later reopened.
