Vehicle Crash on Bethany Home Road Left Several Hurt

PHOENIX, AZ (February 24, 2022) – On Monday, a car crash on 5th Avenue left three juveniles seriously injured, authorities said.

Police responded to the scene around 1:30 a.m. near 5th Avenue and Bethany Home Road where a vehicle reportedly struck a traffic pole.

According to reports, video footage from the scene shows a white passenger vehicle strike a stoplight pole along 5th Avenue. Shortly after, paramedics rushed three juvenile passengers to a nearby hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

As of this time, the total number of vehicles and individuals involved in the collision are still unknown. An active investigation into the crash remains underway.
