Motorcyclist Dies in Solo-Vehicle Crash on Van Buren Boulevard [Jurupa Valley, CA]

Rider Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Van Buren Boulevard near Jurupa Road

JURUPA VALLEY, CA (January 28, 2022) – A solo-vehicle crash on Van Buren Boulevard left one motorcyclist dead, Saturday evening.

The collision occurred just south of Jurupa Road around 9:00 p.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to the preliminary investigation, a male motorcyclist veered off the road and into the gutter for reasons unknown.

Paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the motorcycle rider dead at the scene.

The surrounding area was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Although, the road has since reopened.

Subsequently, an autopsy was conducted to determine whether drugs or alcohol might have been the factors in the deadly accident.

At this time, further circumstances surrounding the crash on Van Buren Boulevard remain under active investigation.
