Delfino Juarez Dies in Car Accident on Arrowhead Avenue [San Bernardino, CA]

44-Year-Old Man Killed in Fatal Auto Collision on 20th Street

SAN BERNADINO, CA (January 27, 2022) – Wednesday evening, 44-year-old Delfino Juarez was killed in a car accident on Arrowhead Avenue.

The crash happened at the intersection of 20th Street and North Arrowhead Avenue around 9:28 p.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

Per reports, the number of vehicles involved and the events leading up to the collision are unclear. However, crews located one person unconscious at the scene.

Due to the impact, Juarez was found suffering from major injuries. Despite life-saving efforts, medics pronounced Juarez dead at the scene around 9:36 p.m.

Meanwhile, the surrounding area was closed off for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Although, the road has since reopened to traffic.
