Kevin Jones Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Hutchins Road [Nice, CA]
58-Year-Old Male Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Collision on Highway 20
NICE, CA (January 25, 2022) – A pedestrian crash near Hutchins Road claimed the life of Kevin Jones Saturday night.
According to reports, the collision happened around 10:30 p.m., in the eastbound lanes of Highway 20 near Hutchins Road.
Upon receiving reports about the collision, authorities immediately responded to the scene. Police located Jones suffering from serious injuries after being struck by a 2015 Chrysler.
Due to the extent of his condition, medics pronounced Jones dead at the scene. The Lake County Sheriff’s office later identified the pedestrian as 58-year-old Jones, of Nice.
The driver of the Chrysler was later identified as 29-year-old Frankie G. Sullivan.
Meanwhile, Lake County officials continue to investigate the pedestrian crash. No further information is available about this fatal pedestrian collision at this moment.
