HAYWARD, CA (January 21, 2022) – 21-year-old Diego Tzoy was killed Thursday night, in a pedestrian collision on Panama Street.
The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m., when a vehicle struck a person near the intersection of Panama Street and Hesperian Boulevard.
At this time, the events leading up to the deadly collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that the driver of a vehicle struck Tzoy as he was walking along the road.
