One Killed in Motorcycle Crash on State Route 74 [Morristown, AZ]

Motorcycle Collision on State Route 74 Left One Dead, One Hurt

MORRISTOWN, AZ (January 14, 2022) One rider died and one suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash on State Route 74 Saturday night.

According to the DPS, one rider attempted a pass but struck another rider while the group of motorcyclists were heading eastbound on State Route 74.

Consequently, both were thrown from their bikes.

Eventually, paramedics arrived on the scene.

One of the victims was pronounced dead. Meanwhile, another individual sustained injuries.

In addition, both were reported to have not been wearing helmets at the time of the collision.

An active investigation is still underway.
