Red Line Train Struck and Killed One at Vine Station
HOLLYWOOD, CA (December 17, 2021) – A Red Line Train accident claimed the life of William Boerger after being struck Sunday evening.
The fatal collision occurred around 8 pm at the Hollywood and Vine Station.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, multiple passengers and a train operator were occupying the train when it struck the victim.
In addition, the body of the victim remained under the train until officials cleared out the area for extraction.
Later on, the Los Angeles County coroner’s office identified the deceased victim as 26-year-old William Boerger.
At this time, Los Angeles Officials are working to identify the circumstances surrounding the incident.
