Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on US Route 97
CHELAN COUNTY, WA (November 29, 2021) – One unidentified person tragically died Saturday after a deadly two-vehicle crash on US Route 97.
The accident took place around 6:00 p.m., on northbound U.S. Route 97.
According to reports, the events that led to the crash remain unknown, but two vehicles were involved in the crash.
Emergency crews responded and located one person dead at the scene. Authorities at this time, did not disclose the name and age of the victim.
Troopers closed the area for an hour to give way to clearing operations.
Chelan County police continues to investigate the cause of the crash and will release an update once available.
