One Injured in Motorcycle Crash near Elkhorn Drive in Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS, NV (October 28, 2021) – A motorcycle collision near Sky Pointe Drive left a motorcyclist injured Wednesday afternoon.
The crash took place shortly before 1:00 p.m., near Sky Pointe Drive under the Elkhorn Drive overpass, as per reports.
According to investigations, a 2020 Yamaha R1 was heading north when the rider failed to navigate a curve in the road. As a result, the motorcyclist eventually struck the center median.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, the rider was taken to University Medical Center’s Trauma Unit by EMS, where he is still in a serious condition.
Meanwhile, the crash is still under active investigation.
