SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 21, 2021) – An unidentified woman lost her life in a hit-and-run crash on Van Ness Avenue early Thursday morning.

The accident happened at 1:05 a.m., in the area of Van Ness Avenue and McAllister Street on October 14. Dispatchers responded to the area shortly after.
