Fatal Pedestrian Collision near Paradise Road in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV (October 14, 2021) – Early Tuesday morning, an unidentified man was killed in a pedestrian crash on Tropicana Avenue.

Per reports, a Nissan Rogue struck a man who appeared to be in his 30s or 40s shortly before 4:00 a.m. Reports indicate that he was attempting to cross near Kelch Drive outside of a designated crosswalk.

The Nissan Rogue driver, a 65-year-old woman, remained on scene and showed no indications of impairment. Officers have not yet released her identity.

In addition, the surrounding area was closed during cleanup and preliminary duties. Although, the road has since reopened to traffic.

At this time, the crash is still being investigated. However, more details will be provided once available.
