Suspected DUI Crash on 188th Street Hospitalized One 52-Year-Old

LYNNWOOD, WA (October 13, 2021)  A two-vehicle DUI crash on 188th Street and 36th Avenue injured at least one person on Sunday.

Authorities said a 52-year-old man was driving through the junction when a white vehicle struck them for unexplained reasons.

Responding medics transported the individual to Harborview Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries.

Meanwhile, the white car’s driver is being investigated for reckless driving and driving under the influence.

Authorities have not yet received any update on the victim’s current status.

Furthermore, authorities closed the roadway for a few hours to investigate the incident.

Driving under the influence is one of the most dangerous things you can do as a driver. If you find yourself unable to safely drive, you can always contact a Lyft or Uber instead.
