Two Semi-Trucks Collide near Grove Avenue in Ontario
ONTARIO, CA (September 24, 2021) – Early Thursday morning, one person was killed in a big-rig collision on 60 Freeway, according to CHP.
The deadly accident happened around 12:30 a.m. Emergency crews responded to the scene near Grove Avenue, shortly after receiving multiple dispatch calls.
According to reports, the driver of a big-rig rear-ended another semi-truck on the road. However, the circumstances leading up to the collision remain unknown.
In addition, the accident forced the closure of all eastbound lanes. Although, the road has since been reopened.
At this time, the identity of the deceased victim has not been released. Once available, further details will be provided.
