Multi-Vehicle Collision in Interstate-580 Took the Life of One, Several Others Injured
OAKLAND, CA (September 21, 2021) – Tuesday night, September 14, One person died in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate-580.
The collision occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on I-580 near the Dutton Avenue off-ramp, as stated by the report.
According to the authorities, at least a half-dozen more cars approaching the scene either collided with one or both of the vehicles, incurring damage from driving over debris from the first crash before being able to get off the highway.
As per officials at least one vehicle overturned and emergency crews provided care to an unknown amount of injured people.
The identify of the victim is not immediately available at this time.
