78-Year-Old Iliya Stefanov Minchev Dies in Deadly Collision along Flamingo Road
LAS VEGAS, NV ( September 13, 2021 ) – Thursday morning, 78-year-old Iliya Stefanov Minchev, died in a collision in Central Las Vegas.
Officers were dispatched at 10:49 a.m., to the intersection at Flamingo and Lindell roads, as stated by the report.
According to the Officials, Minchev was driving a Toyota on Flamingo with a green signal when he attempted to turn left into the path of the Nissan.
He was flung from the Toyota because the driver was not wearing a seat belt during the time of the crash.
Moreover, “excessive” speed is suspected to be a factor.
Meanwhile, the fatal crash along Flamingo Road is under active investigation.
