Road 120 Head-On Collision Leaves 4 Casualties

TULARE COUNTY, CA (August 27, 2021) – On Tuesday, a head-on crash in Tulare County sent four people to the hospital, according to CHP.

Officers responded to the incident just after 5 A.M. on Road 120 and Avenue 448, southeast of Orange Cove, near Fresno and Tulare County line.

Upon arrival, authorities determined that a Honda Civic collided head-on with a Honda Pilot.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the initial crash remain unclear.

Subsequently, a good Samaritan stopped and excited their Chevy Tahoe to render aid to the people in the wreckage.

However, a Dodge pickup rear-ended the Chevy Tahoe in the process.

In total, four people sustained injuries from the initial crash. Paramedics transported two patients to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno with unspecified injuries.

Luckily, no one received injuries from the second collision.

At the end, Tulare County Officials closed down the roadway to clear out debris from the head-on crash on road 120.
