One Badly Injured in Deadly Motorcycle Crash on Coors and Paseo Del Norte

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (August 19, 2021) – Sunday morning, a motorcyclist sustained critical injuries after a collision with a truck in Albuquerque.

The collision took place around 2:30 a.m. at the the intersection of Paseo del Norte and Coors, as stated by the report.

According to the police, a 2003 Toyota was heading north making a left turn when a southbound motorcyclist failed to stop at a red light and struck the side of the sedan.

According to officials, the rider was not wearing a helmet and suffered significant injuries. However, there has been no update on their current condition.

The investigation is still ongoing, and it’s unclear if the motorcyclist’s speed or intoxication had a role.
