Bayron Quintero Killed in Rollover Crash on 505 Freeway [VACAVILLE, CA]

Driver Dies after Car Overturns on 505 Freeway near Allendale Road

 
VACAVILLE, CA (January 11, 2021) – A man died following a rollover crash Monday evening in Vacaville, CHP officials said.
 
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. on 505 Freeway near Allendale Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2012 Mazda flipped onto its roof, blocking one lane of the northbound side of the freeway.
 
Responding firefighters attempted saving the driver but unsuccessful. The man but died at the scene.
 
The Solano County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 38-year-old Bayron Quintero. They did not have a city of residence for Quintero, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
 
Traffic was slowed through the crash scene for more than two hours.
 
The crash remains under investigation.
