2 Injured in Hit-and-Run on South Valley View Boulevard near Tropicana Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 13, 2020) – Two people sustained injuries in a hit-and-run on South Valley View Boulevard, Friday evening.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the incident happened at about 9:17 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle collided with an unmarked police department vehicle near Tropicana Avenue.
A detective and a citizen sustained minor injuries in the incident.
However, the driver of the suspect vehicle did not stop to render aid and immediately fled the area.
LVMPD continues to look for the driver that caused the collision. Investigators will release additional information once it becomes available.
