Rider Injured in Motorcycle Accident on Geiger Grade Road
RENO, NV (November 15, 2020) – A rider sustained injuries in a motorcycle accident on Geiger Grade Road, Sunday.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, a motorcyclist crossed from the eastbound to the westbound lane. Then, the motorcycle collided with an SUV.
Emergency crews then transported the motorcyclist to a hospital with major injuries. Authorities did not release the identity of the victim.
As per reports, no one inside the SUV sustained injuries in the accident.
Officers temporarily closed the area for 30 minutes.
NHP continues to investigate the cause of the collision. Officials will release additional information once it becomes available.
