3 Hospitalized after DUI Accident on Deer Valley Road
BRENTWOOD, CA (September 20, 2020) – Six people sustained injuries in a DUI accident on Deer Valley Road, Sunday afternoon.
According to the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District, the incident happened at about 1:30 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, two SUVs collided near Briones Valley Road.
Emergency responders rushed three people, including one minor, to nearby hospitals. Meanwhile, three other victims received treatment at the scene.
Firefighters believe that alcohol was a factor in the collision. However, it is unknown whether or not an arrest has been made. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
