29-Year-Old Orlando Malone Jr. Dies after Reno Accident on Galletti Way

 
RENO, NV (July 25, 2020) – A man lost his life in a motorcycle crash on Galletti Way, Saturday morning.
 
According to the Reno Police Department, the incident happened at about 7:00 AM. For reasons still under investigation, a motorcyclist lost control, went off the roadway, and hit a fixed object near 4th Street.
 
Emergency crews transported the rider to a hospital, where he later died. Family and friends identified the victim as 29-year-old Orlando Malone Jr., also known as Orlando “2 Trill” Malone Jr.

Officers shut down both the north and southbound lanes of Galletti Way until noon.
 
Reno police continue to investigate the cause of the fatal crash. Investigators ask witnesses to call RPD at (775) 334-2188 or Secret Witness at (775) 322-4900. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
