1 Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 17 [Grant County, WA]

Driver Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 17 near Moses Lake

 
GRANT COUNTY, WA (July 22, 2020) – A driver sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 17, Wednesday evening.
 
According to the Washington State Patrol, the incident happened at about 9:00 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, a passenger car and commercial vehicle collided near milepost 42, just eight miles south of Moses Lake.
 
Emergency crews transported one driver to Samaritan Hospital with unspecified injuries. It is unknown whether or not the other driver sustained injuries in the crash.
 
Troopers blocked Highway 17 in both directions until early Thursday morning.
 
WSP continues to investigate the cause of the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
