Sean Cash and Tommy Cash Killed in Pickup Truck Crash on Mabry Drive [Clovis, NM]

2 Dead in Clovis Crash on East Mabry Drive

 
CLOVIS, NM (July 23, 2020) — The officials have identified two fatalities in Clovis’ Monday crash as 47-year-old Sean Cash and 70-year-old Tommy Cash.
 
According to the Clovis police, the two were in a pickup truck which collided with another vehicle in the 2900 block of East Mabry Drive. The incident happened at about 1:40 p.m.
 
When the officers arrived at the scene, they found the pickup on its side, while another car was off the road.
 
Sean and Tommy died at the scene. Emergency crews airlifted the driver of the car to a hospital in Lubbock.
 
The police believed that a third vehicle was involved in the crash. They described it as a red compact car, possibly a late 2000’s Hyundai Elantra Touring.
 
On Tuesday, July 21, the police reported that they had located the vehicle and its driver. This fatal crash remains under investigation.
