4 Hurt after Car Accident on 10 Freeway in Marana

 
MARANA, AZ (July 19, 2020) – Four people sustained injuries in a car accident on 10 Freeway, Sunday morning.
 
According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the incident happened at milepost 238. Due to unknown circumstances, two vehicles collided near Tangerine Road.
 
Northwest Fire, Abraham Valley Fire, Marana Police, and ADPS responded to the scene.
 
Emergency crews transported four people to the hospital. However, the authorities did not disclose the extent of their injuries.
 
Officers temporarily closed affected areas to make way for clearing operations and an investigation.
 
Marana police continue to investigate the cause of the collision. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
