Vehicle Struck and Injured 6-Year-Old in Phoenix
PHOENIX, AZ (July 20, 2020) — Emergency crews airlifted a 6-year-old boy following a pedestrian accident near 17 Freeway and Anthem Way on Saturday night.
According to the authorities, a vehicle struck the boy, causing him injuries.
The Phoenix firefighters and the Daisy Mountian firefighters were among the first responders in the incident.
Officials requested that the boy be airlifted to a pediatric trauma facility for stabilization.
It was not clear how the collision at this time. Updates on the condition of the boy were also not available. The name of the patient has also not been released.
