Demond Neal Killed in Rollover Crash on Mission Lakes Boulevard [DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA]

Car Overturns on Mission Lakes Boulevard in Desert Hot Springs Killing One

 
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (July 15, 2020) – A man was killed following a rollover crash early Wednesday morning in Desert Hot Springs.
 
The crash happened just before 1:00 a.m. in the area of Mission Lakes Boulevard and Little Morongo Road.
 
According to police, a car overturned on its roof for unknown reasons. Responding officers found one male occupant who was trapped inside the vehicle.
 
Emergency crews performed life-saving measures on the man, but he died at the scene.
 
Coroner’s officials identified the victim as Demond Neal, 24, of Desert Hot Springs.
 
Paramedics treated another occupant at the scene who suffered injuries described as non-life threatening. That patient was released after treatment.
 
It is unknown if speed, alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
 
Police are still investigating the incident to determine the exact cause and factors involved.
