Chris Green Fatally Injured in Clovis Motorcycle Crash on Herndon Avenue and Thompson Avenue

 
CLOVIS, CA (July 15, 2020) — A Clovis man identified 74-year-old Chris Green died after his motorcycle crashed with a vehicle Monday, July 13.
 
According to California Highway Patrol, Green rode his 2011 Kawasaki Z1000 behind a 2015 Toyota Sienna eastbound on Herndon Avenue. It approached Thompson Avenue, just after 6:00 p.m. Monday.
 
Both Green and another driver appeared to enter the westbound lane on Thompson at the same time. Then the crash occurred and the impact ejected the motorcyclist, CHP said.
 
First responders pronounced Green dead at the scene.
 
CHP said they are still investigating the incident.
