Fatal Crash at West Bradbury Road and Merced Avenue

DELHI, CA (July 14, 2020) – At least one person was killed in a crash late Tuesday afternoon in Merced County, CHP officials said.

The crash happened just before 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of West Bradbury Road and Merced Avenue.

According to the California Highway, a sedan and motorcycle collided for unknown reasons. Deputies arrived and found at least one fatality as a result of the accident.

The identity of the victim was not immediately available pending family notification.

It is unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.

CHP officials are still investigating the incident to determine the cause and factors involved.
