Johnny Angel Garcia Dies after SUV and Motorcycle Crash on Carlisle Boulevard NE

 
ALBUQUERQUE, NM (July 9, 2020) – A rider was killed in a motorcycle accident on Carlisle Boulevard NE, Thursday .
 
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the incident happened near Montgomery Boulevard NE and Delamar Avenue NE. Due to unknown circumstances, a motorcycle collided with an SUV.
 
Emergency responders pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Family and friend later identified the victim as Johnny Angel Garcia.

However, it is unknown whether or not the driver of the SUV sustained injuries in the crash.
 
Albuquerque police continue to investigate the cause of the fatal accident. Officers will release additional information once it becomes available.
