Major Injuries in Head-On Crash on Jensen Avenue near Dickenson Avenue

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (July 7, 2020) – A driver sustained injuries in a head-on accident on Jensen Avenue, Tuesday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 6:00 AM. Due to unknown circumstances, a car crashed into a semi-truck near South Dickenson Avenue.
 
Emergency responders then rushed the driver of the car to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment of major injuries. Updates on the victim’s current condition remain undisclosed.
 
The truck driver remained at the scene, but it is unknown whether or not they sustained injuries.
 
CHP continues to investigate the circumstances that led to the collision. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
