Bryan Buhl Arrested in Fatal DUI Crash on Caldwell Avenue [Visalia, CA]

Bryan Buhl Arrested, Motorcyclist Killed in DUI Accident on Caldwell Avenue and West Street

 
VISALIA, CA (July 7, 2020) – Officials arrested 42-year-old Bryan Buhl after a DUI crash that killed a motorcyclist in Visalia on Thursday, July 2.
 
The fatal incident took place at Caldwell Avenue and West Street around 8:30 p.m.
 
According to reports, Buhl moved westbound on Caldwell Avenue when he failed to stop for a red light at West Street. Then he tried a U-turn and went into the path of a motorcycle moving eastbound on Caldwell at West Street on a green light.
 
The male motorcyclist whose identity was not yet available died at an area hospital.
 
Police said they arrested Buhl and booked him to Tulare County Jail. They said Buhl admitted to failing to stop for a red light and drinking alcohol before the crash.
 
The collision is still under investigation.
