One Fatally Injured after Phoenix Rollover Crash

PHOENIX, AZ (June 30, 2020) – At least one person died following a rollover crash 83rd Avenue and Thomas Road just after 4:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29.

According to Phoenix police, a car made a left turn onto Thomas Road from 83rd Avenue. Then it crashed into a vehicle that moved south on 83rd Avenue.

The vehicle that was turning left overturned and the driver died at the scene.

There were no reports of other injuries.

Police said officials blocked the intersection for investigation. No other details on the incident were immediately available.
