SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 29, 2020) – Authorities arrested a 37-year-old man after a car crashed into a bus stop on Mission Street, Monday evening.
 
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident happened at about 8:00 PM. Due to unknown circumstances, a vehicle crashed into a bus stop in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood near Onodaga Avenue.
 
The collision injured a 4-year-old boy, along with three women ages 20, 25, and 39. Emergency crews transported all four to a local hospital, where they are expected to recover soon.
 
As per reports, the driver attempted to flee the scene on foot. However, bystanders rushed to stop him. Officers later arrived and took the unidentified suspect into custody.
 
San Francisco police continue to investigate the cause of the crash. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
