Dylan Waters Killed in Pickup Truck Crash on Avenue H [LANCASTER, CA]

Mikael Mezhlumyan and Edik Mezhlumyan Injured in Deadly Pickup Truck Crash in Lancaster

 
LANCASTER, CA (June 21, 2020) – A man who died in a pickup truck crash late Sunday afternoon has been identified as Dylan Waters, 28, of Palmdale.
 
The crash happened around 5:40 p.m. at the intersection of Avenue H and 90th Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, Waters was driving a 2001 Dodge 3500 truck northbound on 90th Street East. At the same time, a 1999 Ford F-350 pickup truck was traveling eastbound.
 
For unknown reasons, the Ford veered into the westbound lanes and collided head-on with Water’s truck.
 
As a result, Waters suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene.
 
The driver of the Ford, 34-year-old Mikael Mezhlumyan of Glendale, sustained moderate injuries. His passenger, 31-year-old Edik Mezhlumyan of Tujunga, suffered major injuries. Paramedics took them to a hospital for proper treatment.
 
Neither alcohol nor drugs were believed to have been involved in the crash, the CHP reported.
 
The crash remains under investigation.
