Fatal Motorcycle Crash at Loma Rica Road and Las Quintas Way

MARYSVILLE, CA (June 21, 2020) – One person was killed following a motorcycle crash Sunday night at an intersection in Marysville, police said.

The crash happened just before 6:00 p.m. at Loma Rica Road and Las Quintas Way.

According to Marysville police, a black motorcycle collided with a Jeep Wrangler in an unclear circumstances.

Paramedics arrived and attempted life-saving measures, but one person died at the scene.

The coroner’s office did not release the identity of the victim pending notification of next of kin.

It is unknown if there were other injuries sustained in the crash.

CHP officials are still investigating the incident to determine the cause and factors involved.
