Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident on El Monte Drive

LOOMIS, CA (June 22, 2020) – A man died after a motorcycle accident on El Monte Drive in Loomis at around 5:20 p.m. on Saturday, June 20.

According to California Highway Patrol Auburn, officials said the crash occurred when the motorcycle broadsided a vehicle. Both were moving northbound on El Monte Drive.

Paramedics rushed the motorcyclist, a male adult from Yuba City, to the hospital where he died from sustained injuries. His identity was not released.

The driver of the vehicle, an adult woman stayed on the scene and cooperated with the police.

The CHP said drugs and alcohol do not appear to as factors. There were no reports of other injuries.
