Arturo Garcia Killed in Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Crash on Washington Boulevard [PICO RIVERA, CA]

Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver on Washington Boulevard in Pico Rivera

 
PICO RIVERA, CA (June 14, 2020) – A pedestrian who died in a hit-and-run crash Sunday last week on Washington Boulevard has been identified as Arturo Garcia, 49, of Pico Rivera.
 
The crash happened around 9:35 p.m. on June 14, just between Paramount and Rosemead boulevards.
 
CHP officials said Garcia was crossing Washington Boulevard when a black four-door sedan, possibly a Honda Civic, struck him. The driver did not stop after the crash.
 
Responding paramedics rushed Garcia to Los Angeles County USC Medical Center, where he later died.
