Santa Clarita 2-Vehicle Crash Results in Small Fire
SANTA CLARITA, CA (June 19, 2020) — At least one person sustained injuries in a crash at Railroad Avenue and Newhall Avenue Wednesday morning in Santa Clarita.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash happened at about 9:27 a.m. Two cars collided in the area which resulted in a small vehicle fire.
Fire officials said that no person involved required extrication from the vehicles. No major injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, the collision delayed traffic on both directions of Railroad Avenue and Newhall Avenue. The roadway reopened after the crews have cleared the scene.
