Gabriel Sierra Killed in Two-Car Crash on Kendall Drive [SAN BERNARDINO, CA]

Speeding Driver Dies after Crashing with Another Vehicle on Kendall Drive at Little Mountain Drive

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (June 16, 2020) – A man died in a two-car crash Tuesday afternoon in San Bernardino.
 
The crash happened around 12:41 p.m. at the intersection of Kendall Drive and Little Mountain Drive.
 
According to police, an Infiniti G37 was traveling east at a high rate of speed on Kendall Drive toward Little Mountain Drive. At the same time, a Toyota 4Runner facing the opposite direction was preparing to make a left turn. The two vehicles collided in the intersection.
 
The impact caused serious injuries on the Infiniti driver. Paramedics attempted saving him, but he died at the scene.
 
The San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner’s Division later identified the deceased as Gabriel Matthew Sierra, 26, of San Bernardino.
 
Authorities identified the other driver as a 46-year-old Rialto resident. He was not injured.
 
A GoFundMe page was created to raise funds for Sierra’s family.
 
Police do not believe alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash, but do suspect speed was a factor. Further investigation is underway.
