Michael Pascua and Fely Pascua Dead after Winters Pickup Truck Crash

 
WINTERS, CA (June 17, 2020) — Two people identified as Michael Pascua, 72, and Fely Pascua, 71, both of Alameda, died in a pickup crash on Monday, June 15.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, at 2:08 p.m., the pair was in a 1999 Ford F-150. The vehicle traveled off northbound 505 Freeway at the Gaddino Road offramp, just south of Putah Creek Road.
 
Officials found the pickup truck 40 feet off the roadway, and suffered major front-end damage, the CHP said.
 
The investigation determined the truck turned right off the roadway. Then it went through a chain-link fence and into an orchard where it slammed into a tree, CHP officials said.
 
The reason behind the crash is still under investigation. Authorities do not suspect that alcohol contributed as a factor.
