MESA, AZ (June 16, 2020) — A man was fatally struck by a minivan on Stapley Drive and Southern Avenue in Mesa on Saturday, June 13.
 
According to the police, the man appeared to be jaywalking when the minivan struck. However, officials have not determined the events that lead to the crash.
 
The pedestrian died of critical injuries following the incident.
